Instruction of Flexible Conduits | ||||

Disassemble unions on the both sides of the flexible hose, and be aware
of the place of the washer. |

B | It is advised to connect the female union with explosion-proof equipment or flameproof enclosure and pass through EYF/EYD, nipple is necessarily to be used for relevant matching when needed, and EYF/EYD also needs to be used for relevant wiring on the commissure of male union and distributor box. |

C | Connect Internal threads part of union of flexible hose with EYF/EYD, and then connect to machine or electric device, connect external threads with flexible hose via cap nut part, and be aware of the location of the washer, bear in mind to tighten external threads part until the flexible hose and Internal threads are unable to turn themselves. |

D | External threads part of the flexible hose also has to be connected with EYF/EYD before connecting with the flameproof enclosure; likewise, be aware of the place of the washer when connecting with flexible hose, and it also needs to be tighten until external threads and flexible hose are both unable to turn themselves. |
